Description

Colored postcard depicting two young women in traditional Lorraine costumes, one seated wearing a white bonnet and the other standing with a feathered black hat. The reverse has a handwritten address to Jeanne Lavrard in La Garde à la Grande Tonne, France, with a French postage stamp from 1914 and a postmark from Fort-Fréteval dated 14 October 1914.
