Interior scene in Alsace showing women in period costume and soldiers with sacks, illustrating a 'Lodging Permit'. On the reverse, a postcard dated 28/6/1919 sent from Strasbourg to Marseille, addressed to Madame Monsieur Rosso-Louis, with a stamp and Strasbourg cancellation.
