Description

Two young women dressed in traditional Alsatian costumes, sitting side by side, wearing large black bows on their heads and colorful dresses. The printed text at the bottom indicates 'Elsässer Trachten — Alsatian Costumes.' On the back, the publisher is 'Weltpostverein Union postelle,' with a handwritten address to Miss Rose Gruge in Marseille, and a green 5 pfennigs stamp postmarked Wilhausen on 22.10.1905.
