Description

Two women in regional costumes pose near a sign indicating 'FRONTIER' and a border post adorned with a coat of arms. The printed text refers to the hope of reunification. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'little Henri' in Montjean, with a stamp and a postmark from 'MAINE ET LOIRE' dated May 29, 1916.
