Portrait of a woman in traditional Velay attire, wearing a large hat decorated with foliage and a veil, with a lace collar and jewelry. The reverse has handwritten text dated April 27, 1919, where the sender congratulates the recipient on her hat and veil, reminiscent of the woman on the postcard. The stamp and cancellation are not visible.
