Portrait of a woman in traditional attire from the Velay, wearing a headdress decorated with feathers and lace, with a lace collar and jewelry. The back features a handwritten address to Madame Rousseau in Lyon, a circular postmark from Puy-en-Velay dated 15-16-17, and a note 'Dinisties du Puy'.
