Humorous illustration of a rural market where a man holds a donkey while a woman claims they have only ever had good quality donkeys. Printed text at the bottom: 'The woman: You can buy it with confidence, we have never had anything but good donkeys, my daughter would tell you all about it!' On the reverse, handwritten address to Monsieur Mousseau at Château de Louffour, by Chauvigny, with a 10-centime postmark and post office cancellation from Châlons-sur-Marne dated 24 July 1907.
