Black and white postcard showing an elderly woman from Auvergne, dressed in a dark dress and wearing a white bonnet, sitting and knitting. The reverse has handwritten address to M. G. Valbe in Alençon (Orne) and a postmark from Clermont-Ferrand dated August 13, 1908. The 5-centime postage stamp is affixed at the top right.
