Interior of an Auvergne house with a woman in traditional attire sitting, knitting in front of a fireplace with a hanging cauldron. On the wall, a shelf supports bottles and a vase. The back has a handwritten address to Henri Moël in Saint-Luc-de-France (Gard), a green 1904 postage stamp, and a shipping postmark from Aurillac (Cantal) dated 27 October 1904.
