Local scene in Lo Tournitchaire, Auvergne, showing a group of people dancing in front of a building with the inscription 'M. LICARDIES'. A man is playing the trumpet while sitting on a chair. The reverse side has handwritten text dated July 31, 1973, sent to Marseille, with a 10-centime French postage stamp and a postmark from Cantal.
