Description

Portrait of a woman in traditional Bresse costume, dated to the beginning of the 19th century, with black fabric headpiece and floral-patterned garment. The reverse features handwritten violet ink text addressed to 'Ma chère Maman', mentioning a small accident and a small dog, with an address in Toulon. The postcard is from the Ernest P. collection and bears the inscription 'CARTE POSTALE'.
