Description

Portrait of a man in traditional Breton costume, wearing a large black hat and a striped jacket and white trousers, posing in front of a wall covered in ivy. The reverse has a handwritten letter addressed to René, dated around 1910, where the sender expresses her anticipation of news and sends a photo of her mother. A French postage stamp of 5 centimes is affixed at the bottom right.
