Two people in traditional Breton attire pose on rocks at the summit of Ménez-Hom, with a landscape of hills in the background. The reverse bears a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Royet in Lyon, dated June 18, 1940, with a stamp and a cancellation mark from Rennes Station.
