Printed text at the bottom: 'Auvergne Hat (Sun Hat) Thus dressed, the Auvergnate fears neither the sun, nor the wind, nor the lovers.' Back: handwritten correspondence dated August 11, 1922, addressed to 'M. R. JERUM', with a mention of 'La Bourboule' and a description of the region.
