Portrait of a woman in traditional Sablaise costume, with veil and white shoes, in front of an ornate stage setting. Printed text at the bottom: 'Collection Lurien Amiaud, les Sables-d'Olonne - N° 1208 - Obtained with Jouglas Plates'. The reverse has handwritten address to Madame Perrouin in Javenay (Loire-Inf.), with a note 'Bonjou' and a green 5-centime stamp canceled 'SAINT-NAZAIRE'.
