Description

Portrait of a woman in traditional Savoyard costume (Haute-Maurienne), wearing a fringed bonnet and a cross of Sainte-Marie around the neck. The reverse has a handwritten correspondence dated 9/6/11 addressed to Mrs. Grigès in Marseille, with a 5 centime stamp and a postmark from 'Savoie' dated 11-8-1908.
