Bust portrait of a woman in traditional Tarentaise costume, with embroidered headpiece and jacket decorated with floral motifs. Printed text at the bottom: '1. - Costumes of Savoy (Tarentaise)'. Reverse: handwritten address to Madame E. Bernard in Grenoble, dated December 2, 1906, with a 5-centime postage stamp and a Grenoble cancellation of 3-12.
