Portrait of an elderly lace maker, Mlle Rosette, sitting in front of a lace display at Aix-les-Bains (Savoie). The back features handwritten violet correspondence addressed to Madame Schneegand in Cahors (Lot), with a blue 25-centime stamp and a cancellation from Aix-les-Bains dated August 28, 1912.
