Description

Illustrated postcard depicting a sample of Point d'Alergon lace, adorned with floral motifs and two vignettes: a view of the city and a portrait of a woman. The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated Alergon, January 11, 18, where the sender sends photos of laces to inspire the recipient to embroider. The card is addressed to a 'dear little one' and signed 'Your dad who loves you very much'.
