Woman sitting on a chair knitting lace, wearing a fringed shawl and a bonnet decorated with trim. Printed text at the top: '4187 Embroiderer from the Surroundings of PUY'. Reverse: handwritten message dated October 26, 1913, sent from Le Puy to the Blaise Hospital (2e Blaise), with a stamp and postmark from the Lyon-Venelat postal office.
