Two women in traditional Limousin attire, wearing white fichus, are sitting on a large rock in a natural setting. The printed text at the bottom of the front evokes a local scene with a phrase in Occitan. The back features a handwritten letter addressed to Mrs. E. Gruppiot in Milly, dated July 26, 1910, with a 10-centime stamp and a cancellation from Saint-Étienne.
