Description

Black and white postcard showing two women in regional costume, one in profile, the other facing forward, both knitting. The printed text plays on the double meaning of the word 'galant' and 'amoureux'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Bonnard at the Hôtel Moderne in Borceff (Périgord), with two French Republic stamps and a postmark from Enon dated August 15, 1907.
