A Breton girl wearing a lace bonnet and a embroidered shawl, within the context of a study on Breton headwear. The reverse features a handwritten address to Madame Marguerite Héroult in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, with a 5-centime postage stamp and a cancellation from Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne dated 6 December 1894.
