Norman girl in traditional costume, wearing a white bonnet and draped in a embroidered shawl, posing in front of a timber-framed house. Printed text at the bottom: 'Norman girl' and 'ND Pbot.' with number 60. Reverse: handwritten letter addressed to 'Monsieur Pardot' of Châlons-sur-Marne, dated 1907, with a 10-centime French postage stamp and postmark 'Châlons-sur-Marne 1907'.
