Rustic scene in Auvergne showing peasants handling logs near a cart and a metal staircase, with two people sitting on a stone wall. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Georges Bugegat in Saintes-Alpes, with a red 7.5 centimes stamp and a postmark from Bourboule dated August 7, 1905.
