Postcard illustrating a woman in traditional Norman costume, with headdress and ornate clothing, holding an object. Printed text at the bottom: « HEADWEAR OF THE PAST: Le Pollet-Dieppe — Founded by the Vikings upon their return from an expedition, in Umbria, from where they brought girls from Spolette ». Reverse: handwritten address to Mr. André Destribat, Lourches Nord, with red stamp and two postmarks from Bâle (Calvados) dated 14-10-04.
