Black and white illustration of a woman wearing a traditional Norman coiffe, holding a small object. Printed text at the bottom of the front evoking the conquest of Rouen in 867 and local characters. Reverse: handwritten address to 'M. Natmasch Blain, Fourneaux eaux minérales, 4 rue Combès, Basteaux' and handwritten correspondence. Green 5-centime stamp canceled with 'GIGNA 15 09 22'.
