Portrait of a woman in traditional Tarentaise costume, with a yellow and black headdress, embroidered scarf and lace-edged collar. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Mlle Simone Baugeest' in Montigéron, with a 70-centime postage stamp and a Chambéry postmark dated 15/09/1913.
