Photograph of a neoclassical building in Compiègne, housing the wagon where the 1918 armistice was signed. The reverse indicates that the building was constructed thanks to the generosity of Mr. Arthur-Henry Fleming from Pasadena, California, United States. 2€ postage stamp and a Compiègne city postmark dated 1918.
