Description

Postcard showing an ancient aerial telegraph station in the Forest of Marly-le-Roi, dating from 1793 and used until 1848, now converted into an observation post for the forestry administration. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. B. Nercéan in Géry, with the inscription 'Grand Bonjour, Souvenirs, Lettre Suite, Leïz'.
