Description

Black and white view of a dense forest of Scots pines, with tall, slender trunks reaching toward the sky. On the reverse, a postcard dated September 9, 1955, sent from Troyes, with two 10-centime stamps and a handwritten letter addressed to Madame and Monsieur Robert Banque in Coulinois, Orne. The text mentions the Forest of Andaine (3,985 hectares) and expresses regret for not having been able to see it the previous Sunday.
