Engraved illustration of the trenches of the old fortifications of Saint-Quentin, with printed text at the bottom describing the trenches as the most important and the most neglected. On the reverse, a French postcard dated January 9, 1902, franked with a 10-centime stamp, addressed to Madame Louise Raveneau in Chablis, with a cancellation mark from Saint-Quentin.
