Description

View of a metal ladder fixed on a steep rocky wall at the French-Swiss border, near the location called 'Les Échelles de la Mort'. The reverse has handwritten text dated 19/11/26, addressed to Madame Gaillarts in Villars (Vaucluse), with the note 'Reste étrange' and 'in France'.
