Description

View of the Provincial Government Square in Ghent, with an imposing administrative building and a monumental statue at the center of a circular garden. To the right, a commercial building with the inscription 'NAGEL VETEMENTS PO'. The reverse shows a handwritten address in Paris for 'Madame Jacquemus' and a 5-centime stamp dated 13–14 August 1914, with a departure cancellation from Aquitaine.
