Description

Black and white panoramic view of the Garabit Viaduct, a metalwork by Émile Nouguier and Maurice Koechlin, built by Gustave Eiffel between 1880 and 1884. The back has a printed inscription 'Masterpiece of Metal Construction (Eiffel 1884)' and a handwritten address to Paris. Postage stamp of 8 francs canceled in Châlons-sur-Marne.
