Description

Panoramic view of the Hautes-Pyrénées showing the Helmet (3608 m) overlooking the Échancrure, with the peaks of Marboré (3923 m) and Cylindre (3387 m) in the background. The reverse has handwritten text dated April 18, 1930, addressed to Madame Édouard Lorie in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, with a note about the presence of ice in the Brèche de Roland.
