Black and white view of the entrance to the Kichompré gorge in Gérardmer, with a railway winding through coniferous forests and buildings in the foreground. The back features a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Georges Dardis in Epinal, with a 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Gérardmer dated October 8, 1908.
