View of the main street of Gerbéviller after the destructions of World War I, with severely damaged buildings and rubble. On the reverse, a military correspondence dated August 13, 1915, addressed to Madame Veuve Erbault in Saint-Germain, with a Nancy postmark and the sender's signature.
