Description

View of the Town Hall in Gisors with its imposing round tower and a central garden adorned with a statue. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence dated July 17, 1918, addressed to Madame Dossine de Courcy-sur-Oureg, mentioning the death of a relative and a trip to Paris. Two 10-centime stamps of the French Republic are affixed at the top right.
