Black-and-white view of the Church of Champnières, showing its Romanesque architecture with a conical-roofed bell tower and arched windows, surrounded by trees and an old vehicle. On the reverse, a 12-centime 'Légion d'Honneur' postmark, a Jarnac dispatch stamp, and a handwritten inscription indicating the recipient's address in Paris. The publisher is identified as 'Éditions Charentaises d'Art, A. Gilbert'.
