Black and white view of the Gorges du Tarn at the Sortie des Détroits, with two men in a boat on the water surrounded by steep cliffs. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated January 23, 1915, addressed to Madame Duchamp in Champagnac-le-Vieux, Haute-Garonne, with text referring to a trip to Chanteur and an imminent departure.
