Description

Black and white view of the hilltop village of Gourdon situated on a rocky outcrop at 1100 meters altitude, with sloping terraces and stone houses. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated December 6, 1919, addressed to 'Petite Nana', mentioning the receipt of a letter and family news. The postmark is partially visible, with a cancellation.
