Printed text at the bottom: '45 GRASSE. — Palms of the Grand Hotel. — LL.'. Reverse: handwritten text addressed to M. F. Capsagne in Vieux-Port, Marseille, with a 10-centime Spanish postage stamp and a Grasse postmark dated 1910.
