Description

Statue of the Black Virgin in Graville, erected by the residents of Le Havre in memory of the Virgin's protection during the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-1871. Blessed by Monsignor de Bonnechouse in 1875. Back: postcard sent on 3-4-24 to Madame V. Benaté in Nantes, with two stamps (24c and 10c) and a cancellation.
