Description

View of Dover Town Hall, a stone building with a clock tower and ivy-covered façade, under a cloudy sky. Pedestrians walk in front of the building, whose entrance is framed by a gate and trees. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 'Dover, the 29th of July' addressed to 'Dear cousin Jézéne', with a postage stamp and partial cancellation.
