Description

Colored view of Stratford-on-Avon with the Avon River, a church with a spired steeple, and houses lining the riverbank. On the reverse, handwritten text by Mr. M. Gibbins expressing gratitude for a collection of postcards received. The address is intended for Theo Bertrand in Paris, with a red 2 pence stamp and a cancellation from Calouces (UK) dated 1916.
