View of the Route de la grande Chartreuse in Grenoble, with a stone bridge above a watercourse surrounded by dense vegetation. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame Suzanne Detrignes in Saint-Cloud, with a green 5-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Saint-Cloud dated September 1, 1901.
