Black and white view of the terrace of the City Garden in Grenoble, dominated by a large leafy tree, with an ornate parapet and shrubs in the foreground. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Guillien in Lyon, with a red stamp and a postmark from La Tour-du-Pin (Isère) dated October 18, 1908.
