Black and white view of the Gorges du Sierro in Grésy-sur-Aix, with a steamboat named 'LE CACOLOMB' navigating between rocky cliffs. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Madame André Labesse' in Epinal, with a red 10-centime stamp and postmarks from Aix-les-Bains and La Bresse dated May 21, 1904.
