Black and white view of a natural cave within the Vincennes Forest, with a lake and rock formations in the foreground. The printed text at the bottom reads '55. VINCENNES FOREST The Cave and Daumesnil Lake'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter in French dated January 15, 1919, addressed to Jean Bijon in Châronanton, expresses wishes for health and hope for Germany.
